Kay’s Cottage annual SHINE Walk was held on Monday, September 23rd in downtown Kittanning to “SHINE” light in the darkness of child sexual abuse and to let child victims know that they have a support system in Armstrong County when they report abuse.  There were 136 participants on site and off site at multiple locations.  See the Facebook page of Kay’s Cottage for more photos and for sponsor recognition.
